Communal Cleaner required,
We are after a cleaner to clean a communal area once a week on a set weekday of your choice for 4 hours you can start at 8am or at a time that works for you. Cleaning needs to be completed by 5pm.
There is a cleaning cupboard on-site so all equipment and products can be left as well as a parking space in the building for you to use.
Chores mopping foyer, testing the fire alarm weekly, testing emergnecy lighting once a month and cleaning stairs and walkways in building. There are 7 floors however there is a lift. We also clean a smaller property next door to this one if you wanted an additioanl two hours as well.
All training and support will be provided, you will need to upload evidence of work carried out on to a portal on completion.
